Access management and control system with Odoo

The client, Assegnatari Associati Arborea Società Cooperativa Agricola p.a., had the need to update and maintain the currently used software application for managing and controlling access in different locations branches located across the regional territory. The solution proposed by innovyou with a dedicated project team was to develop a management access system based on the Odoo platform, capable of meeting the current needs while remaining customizable and expandable for future requirements.
The dedicated project team, following an initial phase of requirement and functional analysis, managed the development and execution of the project by leveraging skills in development and service design to ensure proper usability and process optimization.
The system, developed using the Odoo framework, adopts a modern software design with a modular architecture divided across multiple levels: database, control system, and user interface with web-based access control. Security, management, and accessibility were the guiding principles throughout the project, where data security stood as an indispensable element.
