Web App for the digitization of CCN commercial activities.

Dolia.com is a Natural Shopping Center (CCN): an association of commercial establishments operating in the municipality of Dolianova. Dolia.it was created to support the existing CCN to allow the network of member companies to have their own online space in order to expand their visibility and sales. The need of the association was well defined, that is, to make simple digital tools available to small traders capable of facilitating the purchase and sale of products but also to activate services directed to the customer such as home delivery, an aggregate flyer of local offers, a catalog for each activity and a delivery management system. Thanks to the experience of Dolia.com on offline channels and the specific activities of Juale, a company specializing in logistics services in the area, we have created a web app that allows shop owners to manage a digital space for promotional activities, sales and delivery management all within one tool. The PWA manages the complete purchase flow by integrating the management of the delivery of the goods for the customer but also for the seller offering the service. In fact, the App has integrated the services of Juale who manages the service, calendars and tracking of orders on regional and national shipments. To achieve this result, we started from a previous project born in response to Covid-19. During the 2020 lockdown, Innovyou deployed all its skills to respond to an urgent need: to shop safely and organize home deliveries even in small towns. “Io Compro da Casa ” (I buy from home) was born with the aim of facilitating the meeting between supply and demand, allowing shopkeepers and companies to have a digital showcase where they can communicate their products/services, collect online orders and related deliveries. The partnership between Dolia , Innovyou and Juale has the intention of joining forces to enhance the territory and create a customizable and adaptable service for other natural shopping centers grappling with the growing competition and the trend of online commerce.
